CPro Solutions Sdn Bhd (CPro Solutions) was established in August 2017 through the merger
of multiple corporations and business entities of similar activity which own payment system technologies. As a service
and solution provider, the Company focuses on innovative digital payment technology to ensure hassle-free payment
management for its clients and seamless experience for the end users.
The Company solutions are not limited to on-the-shelf products as it can leverage on its own proprietary payment
system and technology to provide flexibility and customised solutions to tailor for clients’ demand and requirement.
The Company’s proprietary payment system is designed to cater for both small and large scale transaction.
All services provided by the Company comply with the international standard (i.e., ITSEC, ISO/BS/MS, and PCI).
The Company also adopt good business practice (i.e. Intelligent Fraud Prevention System, Risk Management Policy) to build clients
and users’ trust.
Armed with decades of experiences in operating payment solutions, the Company recently had expanded
its business to be a Merchant Acquirer by the introduction of its own branded payment services namely Orijin.
We provide our Clients with an innovative and efficient total payment solutions. Our goal is to make digital
payment easier and accessible to all businesses from large corporates to SMEs.
Dr Mohd Ibrahim - Chairman
Dr Ibrahim, the co-founder of CPro Solutions is an experienced system designer and developer
specialising in back engine processing, data management and logical algorithm for system processes
and security based implementation. Dr Ibrahim has more than 30 years experience in the digital payment industry.
Dr Haslinda Hassim - Executive Director
Dr Haslinda, the co-founder of CPro Solutions is an experienced system designer and
developer specialising in back engine processing, data management and logical algorithm
for system processes and security based implementation. Dr Haslinda has more than 30 years experience in the digital payment industry.
Zaki Jali – Director
Zaki is a chartered accountant and has more than 25 years experience in the
accounting and finance industry. Zaki was previously attached to a major
Government Linked Company as Finance Director.
Dr Husna Mohd Ibrahim – Director
Dr Husna has more than 5 years experience in the FinTech industry. Dr Husna
has been instrumental in developing the Company’s current products offerings
which include cash management, payment gateway and e-wallet solutions.
Izzat Esa – Director
Izzat is an experience investment professional with more than 12 years in
experience in the investment banking industry. Izzat is currently a Partner
at a boutique advisory company that specialise in corporate finance.
Amin Siru Abd Rahman – Director of Risk &
Compliance
Amin is a career banker with over 40 years’ experience in branch banking,
corporate banking including corporate recovery & rehabilitation and internal
audit mainly with a large multinational banking group. Prior to CPro
Solutions, Amin spent the last 12 years in senior management and leadership
roles with International Islamic banks as Chief Credit Officer, Chief Risk
Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
Azli Noor – Director of Implementation & Operations
Azli is a banking and finance professional with more than 20 years experience
in the financial industry. Prior to CPro Solutions, Azli was with XOX Mobile,
where he led the Fintech & Payments department. Azli is also a Director in
our subsidiary company namely Nubic Connect Sdn Bhd.
Amir Ismail – Director of Finance & Corporate Services
Amir is chartered accountant and has more than 25 years experience in
financial services industry.
Isam Ibrahim – Director of Technology
Isam, an informatic biologist, is one of the co-founder of Cpro Solutions.
He is currently in sabbatical leave pursuing his doctorate in Genetics
Bio-informatics. He still led technology design evaluation team of the
company.
